Job summary

State Street is seeking a Governance Manager - Outsourcing to strengthen governance across outsourcing arrangements within the Global AML Center. The role focuses on providing SME guidance, coordinating due diligence, and leading reviews to ensure compliance with corporate programs and standards.

The position requires strong governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration, with the office-based requirement of at least three days per week in Krakow, Poland.

Qualifications

• Strong governance, coordination, organizational and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Experience supporting structured processes, controls, reporting, documentation or oversight activities.
• Ability to work across functions, manage multiple deliverables and elevate risks or issues appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Equip the team with governance expertise to meet outsourcing obligations.
• Support Outsourcing Engagement Managers with due diligence requests and risk assessments.
• Lead periodic review processes for all outsourced arrangements.
• Coordinate and host Service Review Meetings for Service Recipients.
• Develop and update Governance procedures and controls in line with standards and changes.
