Job summary

State Street in Kraków is seeking a PMO governance professional to support portfolio governance, project oversight, compliance reporting, and process improvements within a complex technology environment.

The role emphasizes governance standards, data accuracy, and clear reporting to stakeholders. Experience with Clarity, Jira, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power BI is highly desirable; PMP/PRINCE2 certifications are preferred. Office-based with three days on site.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting PMO governance, reporting, and delivery assurance across technology programs.
• Familiarity with governance artefacts, dashboards, controls, and executive reporting.
• Proficiency with Clarity PPM, Jira, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Preferred PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or PMO governance qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Support governance activities across technology programs and projects.
• Partner with Project Managers, Program Managers, Portfolio Managers, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor adherence to governance standards, controls, and delivery frameworks.
• Review project health, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, assumptions, and decisions.
• Escalate governance concerns, risks, and compliance issues when required.
• Produce management reporting, portfolio insights, compliance updates, and governance metrics.
