Job summary

DJI seeks a proactive Business Development Specialist to drive offline retail growth across Outdoor, Hunting, and Bird-watching segments. You will map retail landscapes, onboard high-potential stores, and coach partners through ramp-up using digital self-service platforms.

You will also facilitate independent ordering, promote value-added services, and establish a Voice of Partner mechanism to relay feedback to product and marketing teams. Travel will be frequent.

Qualifications

• Experience in Outdoor/Hunting/Bird-watching sectors or premium outdoor gear.
• Proven B2B channel sales and offline retail development with a network of retailers and buyers.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and BI tools for pipeline tracking and data-driven decisions, plus coaching partners in tool adoption.

Responsibilities

• Channel Expansion & Market Mapping: map offline store landscapes, assess store conditions and foot traffic.
• Store Prospecting & Acquisition: identify, pitch, negotiate, and onboard retail partners.
• Voice of Sales: capture and report frontline market intelligence to headquarters.
