A responsible, well‑organized, and goal‑oriented individual who can motivate the team, make quick decisions, and effectively resolve day‑to‑day operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Team management in the outbound shipping area.
• Organizing team work and overseeing the implementation of ongoing operational tasks.
• Ensuring timely and high‑quality order picking and packing processes.
• Supervising compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and occupational safety standards.
• Monitoring outbound processes, analyzing work results, and reporting to superiors.
• Resolving ongoing operational issues and supporting the team in their daily work.
• Collaborating with other warehouse departments to ensure smooth processes.
• Supporting employees in resolving difficulties, mediating in conflict situations, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.

What you should bring
