Job summary

Gusti Leder GmbH is seeking an HR & Office Specialist to support the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to daily HR administration and office coordination. The role requires strong organizational skills, English and Polish proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will work closely with managers, employees, and external partners, ensuring a positive employee experience and an efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Polish language skills.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2), both written and spoken.
• Initial experience in HR, recruitment, office administration, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
• The ability to use Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive) or Microsoft Office.
• Good written and spoken English (B2 level or above).
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Driving licence (cat. B)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate selection processes.
• Publish job advertisements and maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Organize and coordinate the onboarding of new employees.
• Cooperate with the external payroll and HR service provider.
• Prepare and provide payroll-related data in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and provide administrative support.
• Handle general administrative tasks, including document management and correspondence.
• Ensure the proper flow and filing of company documentation.
• Coordinate office supplies and liaise with external service providers.
• Cooperate with other departments

About The Role
