Job summary

Infosys Poland is seeking a skilled team leader for the OTC domain. This role involves leading a team, ensuring performance delivery, and supporting process improvement initiatives. Candidates must possess fluency in German and English and have significant experience in finance or accounting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in OTC / Order to Cash / Finance & Accounting.
• Experience in an SSC/BPO environment will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting a team within the OTC domain.
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring delivery against SLAs and KPIs.
• Onboarding, training, and development of team members.
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with client representatives.
• Identifying areas for improvement and supporting the implementation of changes.
