Job summary

Infosys Poland is seeking a skilled Credit Analyst Lead to manage a team of four analysts and oversee credit risk, limits, and collections strategies. The role requires strong analytical ability, negotiation skills, and experience with debt collection laws.

You will work closely with Sales and Management to resolve credit issues, with hybrid office attendance in Poland. Excellent English and French communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and data reporting tools, are essential

Qualifications

• 4+ years of business/marketing experience, required.
• Ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations professionally.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
• Solid project management, planning, organizing, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of 4 credit analysts.
• Review and approve customer credit limits and assess ongoing credit risk exposure.
• Analyze customer credit worthiness and negotiate securities with customers.
• Negotiate credit limits with credit insurance and cover AR risk.
• Decide order release based on credit risk and balances.
• Monitor credit risks and bad debt exposure per company policies.
• HQ and local reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
