Job summary

Infosys Poland is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage BPO-owned processes and act as the main contact for the local business unit. You will coordinate cross-team work, monitor cash application, and support OTC GLs.

Responsibilities include information retrieval, credit management, and order analysis. Strong English and German, SAP, and month-end experience are required, along with independence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• English and German at B2 level are essential for client communication.
• Good understanding of OTC processes (Cash application, customer account analysis, GL clearing, order management).
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Good understanding of accounting rules.
• Experience with month/year end activities.
• Very good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and teamwork.
• Independence and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of BPO owned processes.
• Main contact point for local business unit.
• Coordination and ensuring smooth cross team collaboration.
• Monitoring and supporting cash application.
• Monitoring investigating and clearing OTC GLs.
• Provide/search missing information.
• Credit management (processing refunds, rebates, other credits).
• Orders analysis, differences clarification and clearing.
