Job summary

Infosys Poland is seeking a focused F&A OTC professional to manage cash application and master data tasks. You will handle settlements, perform cash analyses, and support month-end closing while collaborating with Sales and Customer Service.

Hybrid work availability supports flexibility and growth. The ideal candidate has 1 year in F&A OTC, strong Excel skills, and Italian/English at B2 level to communicate with clients.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in F&A OTC (especially cash application) or master data area.
• Very good knowledge of excel (VLOOKUP, PIVOTS).
• Italian and English knowledge on at least B2 level (essential for client's communication purposes).
• Ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations professionally.
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
• Solid planning, organizing and time management skills required.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal), attitude towards problem solving and team skills.
• Working with SAP4H will be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Book all transactions in the system in order to ensure the current status of the settlements.
• Unallocated cash analysis and investigation.
• Process customer refunds where required.
• Proactive resolution of day-to-day issues and escalate to Supervisor.
• Actively participating in end of month/quarter and year financial close tasks.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with internal teams, including Sales and Customer Service, to enhance communication and resolve queries effectively.
• Regularly update the team leader around developments and progress of relevant operational issues.
• Prepare reports when required by the Supervisor.
• To contact the Supervisor as soon as possible if there is a potential problem.
