Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Product Expert to act as a key contact for the central business product team and the central D&T product team. You will support product maintenance and development, enabling the Product Owner to focus on delivering value.

This role requires 3–5 years in an international shared service, strong knowledge of OtC and FSCM, and experience with SAP and IT transformation projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders and help drive system improvements and training.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a similar role in international shared service or BPO.
• Experience with process-related technology and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of credit, collections and dispute processes; FSCM features.
• Experience with IT transformation projects and design workshops.

Responsibilities

• Implement Global Solution(s) per HEPM model.
• Support central business product team on design and deployment.
• Assess product design CRs/BRDs and requests for improvements.
• Lead backlog development with Product Owner for new features.
• Provide reports and support product performance.
• Test business during upgrades and new functionalities.
• Update central team on product developments.
• Deliver trainings to central business product team.
• Develop and coordinate communication materials for New Ways of Working.
• Update product documentation.
• Produce product engagement materials.
• Support BAU team with key users community.
• Assist Product Owner in other activities.
• Identify improvements and integrate best practices.
• Develop core HEINEKEN process knowledge.
