Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Senior Product Specialist for RTR products to provide specialized financial and accounting expertise. You will support decision making for product development, analyze balance sheet and P&L figures, and assist OpCos during acquisitions, disposals, and structural changes.

You will collaborate with finance, D&T, and product teams to drive process improvements, validate designs, and coordinate UAT. Strong RtR knowledge and SAP/ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, MIS, or related field.
• Deep understanding of finance processes including RtR and PEC.
• Experience with Runbook/Cadency/BlackLine/AFC closing tasks.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools like S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of Heineken RtR Global Standards and related templates.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Owner in proactively managing the finance product.
• Work with the product team to increase value and realize backlog.
• Provide specialized end-to-end process and product knowledge to stakeholders.
• Validate process designs and translate standards into technology solutions.
• Identify and drive product-related improvements and CR/BRD assessments.
• Coordinate UAT and ensure proper release management and training.
