Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking an experienced Product Owner to define the feature roadmap and deliver value. You will align with Sr. Product Owners and key stakeholders across D&T and business teams, shaping outcomes and priorities.

You will manage budgets, backlog, and cross-functional collaboration, driving product lifecycle from ideation to deployment while staying connected to market needs and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or engineering.
• 5+ years in digital product management.
• Understanding of digital product lifecycle and omnichannel strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and value proposition aligned with RTC strategy.
• Use data and analytics to monitor platform performance and define business outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams with design, engineering, experimentation, and business stakeholders.
• Plan Sprints and manage dependencies across portfolios.
• Maintain and refine the Product Backlog to maximise reuse across OPCOs.
