OPmobility in Kraków is seeking an O2C Accountant with French to manage customer invoices, reconciliations and collections within the Lighting Business Group. You will work in SAP and collaborate with P2P to ensure accurate cash allocation and timely month-end closing.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in finance, 2–5 years in accounts receivable, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and French. Home office 2 days per week and company benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• 2–5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivables area is a must, experience in Polish accounting as an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP Finance, Microsoft Office - especially Excel (at least intermediate level).
• English and French at advanced level is a must.

Responsabilités

• Process customer invoices records and collection on due date.
• Cooperate with the P2P side when mirroring transactions occur such as customer deductions.
• Reconcile open customer invoices with the customer statement as per the Group policy or direction from her leader.
• Contribute to the O2C accounting processes improvement activities led by the Migration & Process Improvement Leader.
• Handle Customer invoice flows into the accounts receivable system (SAP).
• To be able to reconcile various accounts to ensure that the accounts receivables match the actual transactions
• Ensure prompt collection and allocation activities, minimizing the unallocated cash with proper justification.
• Intercompany Accounts to be cleared and all tasks handled in a timely manner.
• Participate to the month and year-end closing activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by her leader.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer invoices records and collection on due date.
• Cooperate with the P2P side when mirroring transactions occur such as customer deductions.

Requirements:

• University degree in Accountancy or Finance
• 2 - 5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivables area is a must, experience in Polish accounting as an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP Finance, Microsoft Office - especially Excel (at least intermediate level)
• English and French at advanced level is a must
