Job summary

OPmobility SE in Kraków, Poland, seeks an Assets Professional for Europe focusing on supplier inventory and asset transfers. You will manage audits, data accuracy, and tool relocations across supplier sites to support production continuity.

The role requires up to 50% travel, strong asset knowledge, and English communication. You’ll work with cross-functional teams ensuring asset visibility, optimization, and efficient processes.

Supplier Risk Management Assets Professional Europe ensures visibility of supplier-owned production assets and coordinates their transfer between supplier sites to support project needs, mitigate supplier risks, and maintain production continuity.

This role is based in our office in Kraków, Poland.

Key Responsibilities

• Control and maintain European scope for inventory audits
• Conduct onsite and remote inventory audits to identify assets leased by OPM to the Tier 2 suppliers. Activities to cover: data collection, photo documentation, tools tagging
• Maintain up to date data base of assets inventory in TEMPO including 3D models of tools and pictures confirming inventory results
• Fulfil KPI's related with inventory audits
• Support asset relocations between suppliers production sites
• Support and lead tools adaptation at supplier plant
• Participate to the try-outs at the supplier, evaluate the mold robustness
• Support technical assessment of the tools before and after relocations
• Sign transfer protocol for relocated tools
• Stay in close communication with Supply Chain, Operations and Quality for topics related with asset inventory and relocation processes

Requirements

• Willingness to travel to supplier locations for on site assets inventory above 50% of time
• Basic technical knowledge regarding assets
• Good knowledge of tools and solution to define processes optimizations, automatization and efficiency increase
• Communicative English
• Attituded focused on delivering results in challenging environment

Preferred Experience

• Experience in area of Purchasing / Assets Inventory / Tools & Processes
• At least 2 years of automotive experience
• Shopfloor or technical experience
• Knowledge of MS Excel; PowerBI, Power Automate, AI tools and analytical thinking are nice to have
