Job summary

OPmobility in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a Treasury Accountant to manage transactional treasury processes for the EMEA region. The role focuses on daily postings, payments, reconciliations, and assisting with month-end closing in a dynamic, multinational environment.

We value a Finance/Accounting degree, 4–6 years in treasury or cash & banking, experience with SAP Finance, Power BI, and strong stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required.
• 4–6 years experience in Treasury/Cash & Banking in an industrial group or SSC environment.
• Experience with P2P/O2C/GL and transitions considered a plus.
• Strong English communication and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Post and clear daily entries with accurate financial data (bank operations, cash pooling, factoring, netting, cash in transit).
• Prepare and execute payments according to instructions.
• Process manual transactions accurately and on time.
• Support month-end closing and assigned account reconciliations.
• Prepare cash forecasts following provided guidelines.
• Contribute to postings, analysis and reconciliations of bank accounts and cash activities.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with BPO partners to standardize treasury processes and document transition activities.
