OPmobility SE in Kraków seeks a Junior AP Accountant with Czech to join the Regional Hub Europe P2P Lead. The maternity cover role lasts about 18 months and is based in Cracow with a hybrid setup.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance, at least 2 years in finance or accounting (P2P), and fluency in English and Czech. SAP Finance and VIM experience are a plus, along with strong communication and MS Office skills.

The role of Junior AP Accountant with Czech will be based in our office in Cracow, Poland and it will report into a Regional Hub Europe P2P Lead. This position is temporary for the maternity cover - contract for about 18 months.

Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices in line with the 3-way match process and ensure timely payments
• Resolve exceptions and discrepancies in received invoices
• Communicate with Controllers, Purchasing, P2P teams, and suppliers on accounting records and payables
• Reconcile open supplier invoices with statements per Group policy
• Collaborate with the O2C team on related transactions
• Manage GRNI accounts
• Support supplier master data accuracy and compliance
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and month/year-end closing activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in accounting/finance field
• At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting (P2P)
• Experience with SAP Finance and VIM is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent English and Czech languages
• Strong communication skills with various stakeholders
• Resilience under pressure, adaptability to change, problem-solving mindset
