Job summary

EY’s OT Hub is seeking an OT Security Management Consultant to strengthen security and resilience of Operational Technology environments. You will guide clients through complex OT security challenges and design practical security strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Working with experienced consultants and OT security specialists, you will participate in governance, workshops, and solution design sessions to transform ideas into actionable outcomes for client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in OT security, with a strong focus on management, risk, and compliance.
• Solid understanding of ICS, SCADA, and securing OT environments.
• Familiarity with standards and frameworks such as NIST, IEC/ISA.
• Proven ability to develop and implement security management policies and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and implementation of OT security management frameworks tailored to client needs.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits of OT environments.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand goals and regulatory demands.
• Design and deploy security controls to reduce operational risks.
• Oversee compliance monitoring programs to ensure policy adherence.
• Advise on industry best practices and standards such as NIST, IEC 62443, ISA/IEC.
• Deliver training to foster security culture within clients.
• Manage projects with timely delivery and high quality.
• Prepare reports for senior management on governance impact.
• Stay ahead of OT threats, vulnerabilities and trends.
