EY Poland is seeking an OT Security Management Consultant to strengthen security and resilience in Operational Technology environments. You will guide clients through complex OT security challenges, aligning strategies with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in OT security, with a strong focus on management, risk, and compliance.
• Solid understanding of ICS, SCADA, and securing OT environments.
• Familiarity with standards such as NIST, IEC62443, and ISA/IEC.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective security management policies and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of OT security management frameworks tailored to client needs.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits of OT environments, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to align with organizational goals and regulatory demands.
• Design and deploy security controls to reduce operational risks.
• Oversee compliance monitoring programs to ensure policies are followed.
• Advise on industry best practices and standards like NIST, IEC 62443, ISA/IEC.
• Deliver training and awareness initiatives to foster security culture.
• Manage projects for timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Prepare reports and presentations to senior management showing governance impact.
• Stay ahead of OT security threats and trends.
