As an OT Security Management Consultant, you will help organizations strengthen the security and resilience of their Operational Technology environments while guiding clients through risk- and regulation-driven challenges.

Collaborate with experienced consultants, OT security specialists and EY Wavespace, participating in innovation workshops and design sessions to turn ideas

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in OT security with focus on management, risk, and compliance.
• Solid understanding of ICS, SCADA, and OT security challenges.
• Familiarity with standards like NIST, IEC62443, ISA/IEC.
• Proven ability to develop security management policies and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and implementation of OT security management frameworks tailored to client needs.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits of OT environments.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to meet goals and regulatory demands.
• Design and deploy security controls to reduce operational risks.
• Oversee compliance monitoring and governance programs.
• Advise on best practices and standards; deliver training and awareness.
• Issue reports and presentations to senior management showing governance impact.
• Stay ahead of threats, vulnerabilities, and trends in OT security.
