Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Security Management Consultant in Poland to lead security frameworks for clients, focusing on OT environments, risk assessments, and regulatory alignment. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and EY Wavespace for workshops and innovation sessions.

You will guide clients on best practices, standards such as NIST and IEC 62443, and deliver governance, training, and reports to executives. Occasional travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in OT security, with a focus on management, risk, and compliance.
• Familiarity with ICS/SCADA security and relevant standards (NIST, IEC 62443, ISA/IEC).
• Ability to develop and implement security management policies and frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and implementation of OT security management frameworks tailored to client needs.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits of OT environments.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to align with regulatory demands.
• Design and deploy security controls to reduce operational risks.
• Oversee compliance monitoring and report to senior management.
• Stay ahead of OT security threats and trends.
