Job summary

EY's OT Hub Kraków is seeking an OT Security Management Consultant to strengthen clients' OT security and resilience. You will lead on frameworks, risk assessments, and governance, collaborating with CT teams and EY Wavespace to translate insights into actionable outcomes.

You will work with experienced consultants and OT Lab experts, delivering practical security strategies aligned with regulatory requirements while gaining exposure to strategic advisory projects and innovative workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in cybersecurity or related field.
• Experience in OT security with focus on management, risk and compliance.
• Familiarity with ICS, SCADA and OT security challenges.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP valued.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of OT security management frameworks tailored to client needs.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits of OT environments.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand goals and regulatory demands.
• Design and deploy security controls that reduce operational risks.
• Oversee compliance monitoring programs to ensure adherence to security policies.
• Advise on standards and regulations such as NIST, IEC 62443 and ISA/IEC.
• Deliver training and awareness initiatives to foster security culture.
• Manage projects to ensure timely delivery and high quality outcomes.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management showing governance impact.
• Stay ahead of emerging OT threats, vulnerabilities and trends.
