Job summary

EY's OT Hub is seeking an OT Security Management Consultant to strengthen the security and resilience of Operational Technology environments. You will guide clients through risk-based strategies and regulatory requirements, balancing business needs with security objectives.

You'll collaborate with experienced teams, contribute to innovation workshops with EY Wavespace, and deliver practical security controls, training, and reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in OT security focusing on management, risk and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of ICS/SCADA and securing OT environments.
• Familiarity with standards such as NIST, IEC 62443 and ISA/IEC.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and implementation of OT security management frameworks tailored to client needs.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits of OT environments.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to meet regulatory demands.
• Design and deploy controls to reduce operational risk.
• Oversee compliance monitoring and security policy adherence.
• Advise on best practices and standards such as NIST, IEC 62443, ISA/IEC.
• Deliver training to foster a security culture.
• Manage projects with timely delivery and high quality outcomes.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Stay ahead of OT security threats and trends.
