Job summary

EY Poland is seeking an experienced IT/OT Security Transformation professional to join the IoT/OT Security HUB for the EMEIA region. You will drive governance, operating-model transformations and support strategic industrial security programs.

You will lead projects, align OT, IT and Security teams, and help develop security operations strategies. EY's AI tools, EYQ assistant and a hybrid work model support your work.

Qualifications

5+ years in IT/OT service management, org transformation, or security operations.
5+ years of project management in IT/OT projects.
Knowledge of security governance and operating models; OT/ICS exposure is a plus.
Understanding of enterprise IT service management concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead projects in security governance and target IT/OT operating models.
Design and implement organizational/process changes and drive OT/IT convergence.
Improve client cybersecurity operations for industrial control systems.
Develop security strategies and provide leadership in governance and operating models.
Support business development with methodology, proposals, and client presentations.
