Haleon is seeking an experienced Operational Technology Solution Architect to design secure OT systems and translate enterprise cybersecurity strategies into practical OT solutions across ICs, SCADA, DCS, and IIoT.

You will lead evaluations of OT security technologies, drive risk assessments, and ensure compliance with IEC 62443 while supporting IT/OT convergence and secure technology adoption across industrial environments.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in IT/OT environments.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity solution architecture (OT focus).
• Expertise in OT security solution design and Purdue Model knowledge.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into actionable OT designs.

Aufgaben

• Design secure OT solutions aligned with enterprise cybersecurity strategy.
• Lead OT security requirements for IT/OT convergence projects.
• Collaborate with business, OT, IT and delivery teams to translate needs into designs.
• Evaluate and integrate OT security tech, esp. Claroty and Cisco.
• Perform OT solution risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Ensure designs comply with IEC 62443 and governance processes.
