Job summary

Haleon plc. seeks a Solution Architect - Cyber Security, Cloud, Data & AI to design, develop, and deliver secure architectures for cloud, data, and AI services.

You will translate security strategies into practical solutions, mitigate risks, and ensure regulatory compliance while enabling secure adoption of cloud platforms and AI technologies across the organisation. You will lead with strong product selection and architectural governance, working with engineering, data science, and delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity solution architecture, including cloud, data, and AI security.
• Experience designing secure solutions in complex cloud, data, and AI environments within large-scale, hybrid, and multi-cloud settings.
• Expertise in cloud security (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), data protection and privacy, and AI/ML security, including model security, adversarial AI mitigation, and secure AI pipelines.
• Product selection and evaluation experience for cloud security platforms, data security tools, and AI security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure solution architectures for cloud, data, and AI initiatives, aligned with enterprise cybersecurity architecture strategy and standards.
• Provide expert technical leadership in security requirements for cloud platforms, data environments, and AI systems.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT, data scientists, AI teams, and delivery teams to translate needs into secure designs.
• Lead evaluation and integration of cybersecurity solutions for cloud, data, and AI environments.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigations for cloud, data, and AI architectures.
