Clariant SE in Łódź is seeking a Business Support Representative to join the Order Management Team. You will handle daily, quarterly, and yearly transactions, follow standard procedures and ensure clear communication with customers and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Order Management, SAP knowledge, and strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills. A university degree and English at B2 level are expected, with a willingness to work in a hybrid environment in Lodz.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Order Management.
• Desirable experience in a Shared Service Center.
• Project Management experience is an advantage.
• 2+ years SAP module knowledge; good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
• English level B2; other languages are a plus.
• Soft skills include independence, service mindset, process orientation and results focus.
• End-to-end process understanding and optimization.
• University degree in Business Administration, Economic Sciences or related.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily/quarterly/yearly transactional activities to meet SLA/KPIs.
• Follow up-to-date procedures and standardized processes.
• Ensure timely, transparent communication with customers and stakeholders; escalate issues when needed.
• Drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives and support process improvements.
• Be proactive in finding ideas for value creation for customers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support audit activities.
• Act as a backup for team members and ensure knowledge transfer.
