Job summary

Schaeffler in Wroclaw is seeking an experienced Order Management specialist to join a global team. You will handle Salesforce cases, manual orders, IDOC processing, and delivery coordination, ensuring accuracy with production planning and clear customer updates.

The role requires 2+ years in order management or customer service in international settings, fluent English (B2, written and spoken) and strong Italian or French communication, plus SAP SD proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in order management or customer service in an international organization.
• Fluent English (B2) in speaking and writing.
• At least very good command of Italian or French (B2) to communicate with customers.
• Proficiency in SAP SD module; Salesforce knowledge a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create cases in Salesforce.
• Enter manual orders into the system.
• Process IDOCs in the system.
• Check requests against production planning.
• Communicate results to customers.
• Escalate unresolved cases to the 2nd level.
• Check confirmation status via AB-Monitor.
• Send confirmations based on customer classification (B, C, D).
• Coordinate deliveries with Transport Management.
• Request proof of delivery.
• Coordinate price differences with Internal Sales.
• Check references against quotations or contracts.
• Maintain and implement changes in scheduling agreements with the end customer.
• Handle delivery blocks.
