Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Business / Economics / Mathematics / Statistics / Linguistics or related field.
• Proficiency in Polish and English is a must.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer order management.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Order Management & Fulfillment: capture and update orders; verify pricing; optimize logistics; conduct credit checks; notify customers of stock issues; confirm product availability; schedule deliveries; close undelivered orders; coordinate returns; communicate solutions to customers; coordinate between call centers and departments.
• People Responsibilities: build relationships within the Cluster Supply Chain teams; support capability center improvements.
