Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Linguistics.
• Fluent Polish and English required.
• 1–2 years in a customer order management role preferred.
• Strong numeric and analytical capability with Excel proficiency.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage order entries, pricing checks and fulfillment coordination.
• Coordinate delivery schedule and logistics with customers and teams.
• Handle Returns and credits, communicate proactively with customers.
• Maintain accuracy in orders, stock checks and order status updates.
• Collaborate across call centers and departments to resolve issues.
