• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and experience as a CSR in a similar setting.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office is preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process orders from receipt to dispatch and invoicing using SAP.
• Proactively respond to customer queries and monitor order status.
• Manage accounts and order books, resolving issues affecting customers.
• Adhere to KPIs, SLAs and quality standards to maximise satisfaction.
• Coordinate documentation for dispatch and billing, and maintain data hygiene.
