Job summary

Dott in Ożarów Mazowiecki is offering an internship as OPS Admin in a hybrid role, 4 days in the warehouse and 1 day remote. You will handle HR administration, onboarding, site operations, vendor coordination, and inventory management under the Site Ops Manager.

You should be a current student or recent graduate in business, HR, management, or logistics, fluent in Polish with good English, and capable of organized, discreet work with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, HR, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Fluent Polish and good working knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
• Organizational skills, discretion, and strong communication to support team members.

Responsibilities

• HR Administration & Onboarding: act as onsite contact for HR inquiries and manage documentation.
• Onboarding Coordination: structure inductions, set up accounts, lockers, and allocations.
• HR Operations Support: maintain HR archives, manage benefits enrollment and data accuracy in systems.
• Site & Office Operations: monitor inventory, order office supplies, PPE, and supervise facility records.
• Logistics, Vendors & Financial Admin: coordinate recycling pickups, assist showroom visits, process invoices.
