Job summary

IDES Consultants Polska Sp. z o.o. poszukuje doświadczonego Kierownika Magazynu w Strykowie. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie nadzorować pracę operatorów, dbać o zgodność z SOP i terminowe dostawy.

Wymagane jest co najmniej 3 lata pracy w operacjach magazynowych, z 1 rokiem stanowiska kierowniczego, znajomość PDA i systemów WMS, dobra organizacja oraz zdolności komunikacyjne. Praca na zmianę, z możliwością rozwoju w firmie.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on warehouse frontline experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Excellent understanding of standard warehouse SOP, quality standards and safety rules.
• Polish native level; English proficiency welcome.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operators follow SOP for PDA scanning, sorting, labeling and loading.
• Assign daily duties based on production schedules and optimize manpower to hit shift output and on-time delivery targets.
• Manage shift emergencies (system failures, equipment breakdowns, packaging shortages) and implement temporary fixes.
• Coach new operators through practical hands-on sessions until assessment completion.

Warehouse Manager

• Making sure all operators comply with the official SOP for PDA scanning, sorting, labeling and loading
• Assigning daily duties to front-line operators based on daily production schedules and deploying manpower effectively to achieve shift output and on‑time delivery targets
• Managing shift emergencies such as system failures, equipment breakdowns and packaging material shortages, escalating issues right away and implementing temporary fixes
• Coaching new operators individually through practical, hands‑on sessions until they successfully complete their assessment and are ready to work on their own
• Practical knowledge of at least one complete warehouse workflow, ideally gained in a cross‑border overseas warehouse setting, together with strong command of PDA and WMS systems
• A college diploma or higher, preferably supported by vocational certificates in warehouse or logistics, along with over 3 years of hands‑on experience in warehouse front‑line operations, of which at least 1 year spent in a shift supervisory role
• A dependable and communicative attitude, with the capacity to keep up with heavy workloads during peak seasons
• Good understanding of standard warehouse SOP, quality standards and basic safety rules, plus the ability to spot and resolve everyday on‑site problems
• Mother‑tongue level of Polish, with English proficiency treated as a welcome addition, and the physical endurance needed for prolonged standing and rotating shifts, including night work
