Bending Spoons seeks a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to join the Customer Support department. You will work on day-to-day operations and long-term projects, building processes and systems to deliver great support at scale.

Expect collaboration with Product and Engineering to turn support insights into product improvements and to leverage AI-driven solutions for faster, accurate responses. You’ll shape the support experience for newly acquired products, helping integrate tools

Responsabilidades

• Improve customer support operations through projects (e.g., onboarding new providers, redesigning support organization).
• Build and improve scalable support systems, including help centers, chatbots, automated flows, and AI-powered solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify recurring issues and translate insights into product improvements.
• Shape the support experience for newly acquired products by integrating operations, tools, and processes.
• Use data and AI to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
