Bolt is seeking a Customer Support Process Program Manager to design, automate, and continuously improve internal support processes for fast, scalable, high-quality customer service. You will translate policy requirements into operational workflows and identify opportunities to simplify manual work through AI and automation.
Collaborating with Operations, Product, Engineering, Data, Policy and Enablement, you’ll move solutions from prototype to rollout, monitor performance, and drive ongoing
Qualifications
- Experience in customer support operations, process design, automation or service delivery in fast-paced tech environments.
- Proven success designing scalable processes across teams, markets, or geographies.
- Hands-on experience identifying automation opportunities and building AI-enabled workflows.
Responsibilities
- Designs end-to-end customer support processes and drives continuous improvement.
- Identifies automation opportunities and AI-enabled enhancements.
- Builds lightweight automations and integrates tools using APIs and basic scripting.
- Owns automation lifecycle from idea to rollout and monitoring.
- Ensures AI solutions are secure, explainable, and compliant.
