Job summary

Bending Spoons is seeking a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to join our Customer Support department. You’ll work on day-to-day operations and long-term projects focused on building processes and systems that enable support to scale effectively.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify recurring issues, implement AI-powered solutions, and improve the overall customer experience across our products. This role emphasizes data-driven improvements and rapid iteration.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer support operations through a range of projects, including onboarding providers and redesigning support structures.
• Build and improve scalable support systems, such as help centers, chatbots, automated flows, and AI-powered solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify recurring issues and translate insights into product improvements.
• Shape the support experience for newly acquired products, aligning operations, tools, and processes.
• Use data and AI to measure performance and quantify impact of changes.
