Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman in Kraków is seeking a Lead Specialist to join the Account Opening team. You will gather and analyze information to prepare accounts with transfer agencies, update systems, and communicate with funds, transfer agents, and vendors throughout the process.

The role requires 1+ years of experience, strong English (C1), and the ability to multi-task under pressure while maintaining accuracy. A hybrid work model is offered with training and reporting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in investment funds knowledge and/or custody operations is an advantage.
• Strong English skills (C1) and ability to communicate professionally.
• Excellent research, analysis, and problem-resolution abilities.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multi-task.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze information; prepare documentation for opening and maintaining accounts with transfer agents.
• Update internal systems; communicate with funds, transfer agents, vendors and clients.
• Provide updates to the client throughout the account opening process; prepare various reports.
• Check documents prepared by other specialists in the team; ensure high quality and timeliness.
• Identify, communicate and escalate potential issues with high exposure.
• Collaborate with team; support training and development of new members.

In this role you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing information; preparing documentation for opening and maintaining accounts with transfer agencies; updating internal systems; communicating with funds, transfer agents, vendors; providing updates to the client throughout account opening process; preparing different kinds of reports.In our team, you will be responsible for:Act as SME in your team: analyze Fund’s official documents, application forms, contract notes and be able to use information to prepare documents required to open and maintain accounts with transfer agencies, prepare reports, take leadership in different production cases.Check the documentations prepared by the other specialists in the team.Ensure daily tasks are met consistently with high quality and timeliness.Prioritize tasks accordingly and be able to work under time pressureIdentify, communicate, and properly escalate potential issue and cases with high exposureCommunicate professionally and constructively with internal and external parties via email, phone or in direct conversionUtilize and operate all tools and technology appropriate to the role.Provide training and assisting in development of new team members.Constantly seek opportunity to improve efficiency and reduce risk.Assist in creating and updating procedures as neededWhat we’re looking for:1+ years of work experience.
