Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking a Junior Product Support Specialist to join the Fund Services Product Support Team in Kraków. You will support the Financial Reporting Department, analyze issues, and help automate processes, working with Unity and other internal applications.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, English at C1 level, and strong analytical and communication skills. You will collaborate with business users and IT, contribute to testing, and participate in global process

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day inquiry tracking and resolution/ troubleshooting.
• Act as point of contact for Unity (internal application) related issues or queries.
• Participate in analyzing and designing automated solutions to business problems.
• Participate in the training and support during roll‑out of new products and enhancements.
• Support change process through aggressive regression testing and deployment of wellness checks for system upgrades and developments.
• Participate in local and global meetings to contribute ideas for Financial Reporting process improvements.

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Product Support Specialist to join our Fund Services Product Support Team.

Our team is responsible for supporting Financial Reporting Department with their issues through daily support; analyzing and automating manual processes; testing and identifying application issues.
