Brown Brothers Harriman in Kraków is seeking a Junior Corporate Actions Specialist to perform specialized operational securities processing activities. This role includes scrubbing announcements, processing client instructions, and reconciling cash projections.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in the banking sector, excellent English skills, and a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. The position offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office.

Join us as a Junior Corporate Actions Specialist!

Junior Corporate Actions Specialist will be responsible performing specialized operational securities processing activities in support of the firm’s business lines. Specific responsibilities include uploading any automated deals, creating daily reports and handling various queries.

On this position you will be responsible for:

• Scrubbing Announcements from Market Data Vendors, Company Information and Depositories and Agents
• Processing client instructions through manual entry into the Corporate Actions platform
• Processing of client account profile requests for Corporate Actions
• Manual entry of payments into the Corporate Actions platform
• Reconciliation of receivables and payables to ensure accurate client cash projections
• Participating in client presentations or calls
