About the Role

KN Integrated Logistics designs, implements and executes 4PL services for companies around the globe. As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you will coordinate transport-related activities on behalf of our Customer’s logistics department. Directly reporting to the Integrated Logistics Team Lead, you will handle customer requests concerning shipment handling and manage deviations from the standard process. You will closely cooperate with other KN departments and external transport providers to ensure an excellent customer experience for our Clients.

Responsibilities

• Process requests for transport according to customer requirements (inbound and outbound, across all modes)
• Secure required transport equipment, set up pickup/delivery appointments, check transport related documentation
• Provide professional customer service to our clients via phone and email
• Manage communication with shipping and receiving points and carriers in relation to managed transport moves
• Monitor shipment statuses and act upon any observed deviations
• Report escalated matters in a timely manner to line management
• Support implementation of new processes by providing feedback and testing new solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with logistics or transport operations; experience with temperature controlled shipping is an advantage
• Communicate fluently in English both verbally and in written form; other languages are a plus
• Ability to fulfil time‑critical tasks within specified timeframes and deadlines
• Attention to details accompanied by a good sense of urgency and accountability
• Customer focused when handling problems, able to clearly communicate and manage expectations
• Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
