Job summary

The Global Talent Co. in Wroclaw is seeking a hands-on Technical Operations Manager (AI & Process) to lead Design, Warehouse, Assembly and Service Coordination. You will dig into data, apply AI tools and automation, and build better processes while driving end-to-end improvements.

You will lead teams, design improvements, and run projects from idea to rollout, collaborating closely with the CEO to set priorities as operations scale and evolve toward AI-driven operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a tech company, technical product management, technical operations or a similar role.
• Technically savvy: you use AI tools in daily work and have an engineering mindset.
• Strong analytical skills: you're comfortable working with data (Excel, SQL, BI tools or similar).
• Proven experience improving and scaling processes, and managing projects end-to-end.
• A hands-on attitude: you enjoy doing the work yourself, not only delegating it.
• A clear communicator who can lead and develop a team while staying hands-on.
• Good financial understanding: you're comfortable working with budgets and operational costs.
• Fluent English (C1 or above). Polish or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the teams across Design, Warehouse, Assembly and Service Coordination.
• Analyze how operations run and find where they can be better along the metrics: costs, speed, scale and quality.
• Design and implement process improvements, automations and AI-based workflows.
• Manage improvement projects from idea to rollout.
• Define KPIs and build the reporting to track them.
• Work directly with the CEO on the priorities for the company's development.
