Job summary

Wolt is seeking an Associate Operations Manager for Supply Activation & Acquisition to lead and optimize courier supply across Central markets. You will mentor a small team, manage a multi-million euro activation budget, and coordinate activation and acquisition efforts to maintain supply health.

You will translate data into fast, defensible decisions, monitor UH% and GOV loss, and partner with Support, Product and Global Delivery Ops to scale processes. English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, data-driven operations across multiple markets.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a small team (3 direct reports).
• Strong budget ownership and ability to defend multi-million Euro spend across activation and acquisition levers.

Responsibilities

• Own Central’s intraday activation strategy to match courier supply to demand hour by hour.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3 and manage a multi-million euro budget.
• Own Central’s courier acquisition function: job boards, activation campaigns and sign-ups.
• Report on UH% and GOV loss KPIs weekly and drive corrective actions with leadership.
• Plan mobilizer strategies and events ahead of demand spikes.
• Collaborate with Support, Product and Global Delivery Ops to scale activation across markets.
• Serve as primary contact for senior management on supply health.
