Job summary

Wolt is seeking an Associate Operations Manager for Supply Activation & Acquisition to lead intraday activation and courier acquisition across Central markets, managing a team of 3 and a multi-million euro budget.

You will own activation strategy, coordinate events, report KPIs like UH% and GOV loss, and partner with Support, Product and Global Delivery Ops to scale activation.

Fluent English is required; the role is based in Warsaw and focuses on keeping supply healthy across markets.

• Ability to manage budgets and defend spend across activation levers.
• Proven track record building and mentoring small teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Central’s intraday activation strategy to keep courier supply matched to demand hourly.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3 and manage a multi-million euro activation budget.
• Own Central’s courier acquisition function: job boards, signups and reactivations.
• Report on UH% and GOV loss KPIs weekly to senior leadership and surface risks.
• Plan mobilizer strategies and events ahead of demand spikes (holidays, weather, local events).
• Collaborate with Support, Product and Global Delivery Ops to scale activation across markets.
