Qualifications

• Experience blending tool support, reporting, coordination and process improvement.
• Proven ability to work in multi‑stakeholder environments and drive topics to completion.
• Ability to create high‑quality materials (presentations, reports) and deliver trainings.
• Capacity to work under time pressure while maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely delivery across initiatives.
• Develop and maintain clear project reporting to support decision‑making and transparency.
• Coordinate workshops, trainings, Town Halls and team events.
• Drive operational excellence in planning and execution of internal activities.
• Ensure smooth logistics, communication and stakeholder alignment for events and initiatives.
• Build and maintain robust Excel/Power BI reporting solutions.
