Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (preferred).
• Experience documenting business requirements, user stories, and process workflows.
• Experience with Power BI, reporting solutions, or BI platforms.
• Experience in regulated/compliance-driven environments.
• Knowledge of AI/Generative AI, ML, or AI governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Data & AI teams to identify opportunities for productivity and process improvements
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data, reporting, workforce management, and transformation initiatives
• Support the development of Power BI dashboards and operational performance reporting
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Gather and document requirements for Workforce Management capabilities (Forecasting, Scheduling, Time & Attendance, Performance Analytics, E‑Self-Service, Compliance & Risk)
• Support AI governance and compliance activities, including documentation, controls, and audit requirements
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, user testing, and adoption activities
• Translate business challenges into scalable data, reporting, and technology solutions
• Support implementation of strategic workforce management, telephony, and operational performance initiatives
• Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and requirements discussions
• Support UAT, solution adoption, and change management activities
