Responsibilities

• Perform connectivity setup for the Euroclear parties through entity specific applications
• Subscription management: setup reports and services through entity specific applications
• Salesforce Case Management: apply the process to manage actions via Salesforce cases
• Resolve user problems efficiently
• Special initiatives: participate in project rollouts
• Daily client interaction
• Attend daily whiteboard sessions and raise issues or propose pragmatic ideas
