Job summary

Citi is seeking a Manager-level professional to lead the ongoing development, transformation, and maintenance of the MCA Independent Assessment Program within ORM. You will partner with stakeholders across global ORM to design reviews, enhance methodologies, and ensure alignment with policies and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities include data analysis, training, and governance material preparation for senior committees.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Operational Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, or similar control function.
• Solid knowledge of operational risk principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proven ability to deliver results with strong execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support design and maintenance of the MCA independent assessment program across ORM.
• Develop training and provide SME guidance to ORM coverage teams on MCA reviews.
• Ensure data infrastructure and AI tools are available to support MCA oversight.
• Engage with 2nd line of defense specialists to challenge MCA practices.
• Analyze MCA data to form independent assessments on program adequacy.
• Prepare materials for governance committees and senior management on MCA outcomes.
