Citi Solutions Center Poland in Warsaw offers a role in the Operational Risk Management framework, focusing on design, transformation, and ongoing maintenance of the MCA Independent Assessment Program within ORM. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business and second line, leveraging AI to enhance risk oversight and drive adherence to policies and standards.

The position requires 7+ years in risk/compliance, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Operational Risk Management, Audit, Compliance or related control function.
• Knowledge of operational risk principles and methodologies.
• Evidence of delivering results with strong execution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities across geographies.
• Proactive, no surprises approach in communicating issues.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain MCA independent assessment program across ORM.
• Develop training and provide SME support to ORM coverage teams on MCA reviews.
• Ensure infrastructure and data for MCA execution, including use of AI.
• Coordinate with second line of defense specialists to challenge MCA practices.
• Analyze MCA data to form independent assessments of MCA program adequacy.
• Develop annual MCA review plan and oversee program design and management.
• Conduct independent reviews of MCA program design, procedures, systems, and QA.
• Identify enhancements to MCA methodology and management.
• Prepare materials for Governance Committees on MCA outcomes.
