Citi Solutions Center Poland seeks a seasoned professional to lead Model Sponsor governance across wholesale risk rating models, spanning development, validation, and ongoing monitoring. You will coordinate with Model Sponsors, Developers, and MRM to ensure robust risk governance across the model lifecycle.

The role requires expertise in credit risk, model risk management, and strong communication with Senior Management, delivering clear governance documentation and timely sign-offs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the financial industry, with predominant exposure to credit risk, model risk management, or wholesale banking functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first-layer reviewer across all model lifecycle stages for the portfolio of Risk Rating models.
