Citigroup Inc. in Poland seeks an senior risk leader to drive ICAAP cycles and regulatory stress testing across global entities. You will mentor a high-performing team, enforce robust controls, and align programs with enterprise data governance.

The role emphasizes delivering AI-driven automation and BI-enabled reporting within a hybrid workplace. You will collaborate with Risk leaders, oversee audit/regulatory inquiries, and shape the technology roadmap for analytics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting, Stress Testing within global banking.
• Minimum 3+ years of leading and developing a team.
• Advanced knowledge of ICAAP, Capital Adequacy frameworks, Enterprise Stress Testing and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team responsible for ICAAP cycles and stress testing across 60+ entities.
• Establish and enforce internal controls ensuring data lineage and model output integrity.
• Champion global risk transformation programs aligning with data governance standards.
• Partner with Risk leaders to communicate complex results and influence decisions.
• Act as escalation point for audit/regulatory reviews related to stress testing.
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions to automate reporting pipelines and data validation.
• Architect and execute the technology roadmap for reporting and analytics with BI tools.
