Job summary

ZF Group in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Project Manager for Operational Readiness to lead end-to-end deployment of digital solutions. You will shape project plans, coordinate with multiple departments, and drive readiness across regions.

The role requires 8+ years in project management within transformations, strong KPI and finance collaboration, and excellent communication in English. Occasional global travel is expected; the position supports a hybrid working arrangement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in operational readiness or related transformations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or related field; PMP/Prince2 desirable.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with Finance and other control functions.
• Familiar with Order-to-Cash, Service Delivery, Customer Onboarding processes.
• Strong ability to define KPIs and collaborate with Finance on process design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel globally.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables with clear milestones.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects enhancing operational readiness aligned with strategic objectives and financial considerations.
• Develop and standardize the O2C process design framework with business stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks in the operational setup and monitor KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Maintain thorough documentation of readiness processes and lessons learned.
• Design and implement change management for new processes and technologies, including customer support readiness.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Service, Legal, Corporate IT, and Finance to ensure alignment and execution.
• Provide clear status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders to maintain alignment.
